All payments for advertising must be made in full before the campaign will begin. Currently PayPal is the only form of payment we except.

Furthermore, your website must comply fully with the following terms:

1. Samdisha WILL NOT accept websites that contain content that is not appropriate for viewing by the general public. The following are examples of the type of sites we WILL NOT be accepted:

Sites with pornography, sexual or erotic material, or anything that is related to adult content.
Sites containing software piracy, pirating, hacking, spamming, excessive violence, obscene or vulgar language, abusive content, illegal schemes, false investment advice or deceptive money-making opportunities or ANY form of illegal activity or material, etc.

2. Your website MUST NOT contain any popup windows. Any additional windows generated by your site shall be considered a popup window, including popups, pop-behinds, or exit popup windows. If a popup window is installed on the website at any time, Samdisha WILL stop the campaign and you WILL NOT be entitled to a refund.

3. Your website may not have music or sounds that automatically play when the site is loaded, contain scripts that alter users browser settings, contain any frame breaking codes, or redirecting codes.

4. Your advertisement page may not contain any type of scripts and may not be a multi-frame page.

5. We do not allow sites that start off with 'https://'.

6. The size of your advertisement page should not exceed 100KB in total. Websites 100KB or larger tend to not load which causes visitors to miss content on the page.

7. If your site content is changed during the campaign to something that does not meet our terms, your campaign will stop immediately. If this happens, you WILL NOT be entitled to a refund.

8. Samdisha is not responsible for problems with your website, and can not give you a credit or refund once the traffic has been delivered to your site. If you experience a problem with your website after your campaign has started, it is your responsibility to login to your account 'freeze' or pause your traffic. You will be able to resume the traffic when needed.

9. Samdisha's statistics will serve as the official log of traffic delivered. Any discrepancies on traffic delivered will be referenced back to Samdisha's official log of traffic. If problems occurs with our server a refund or credit will be given to the campaign effected.

10. Samdisha DOES NOT AND CAN NOT GUARANTEE SALES. We will do our best to give your website maximum exposure, but your product or service must make the sale. What we can guarantee is that your website will receive the number of visitors you ordered.

11. IMPORTANT: Because different tracking systems record traffic differently, we will only go by our tracking system to measure the total amount of visitors delivered to your website.

Samdisha reserves the rights to change these terms at any given time. It is up to the user to keep up to date with our terms.
